create23 is a partnership of Luke Davey and Andy Hall.

Luke is a Web developer/designer. As the tech of the company he programmes in VB, ASP, PHP, SQL, Javascript, Java and C++. He also hand codes all his HTML and CSS to insure the cleanest, most stable web sites. You can find out more about him at his personal website, www.lukedavey.co.uk. He has built sites for Camelot, Lambeth Council and many more organisations during his time at a Web design company in London.

Andy has a HND in Graphic Design and a BA Hons in Graphic Design/Animation. His work will be available to view on andyanimates.com soon. Andy is appalled at most design on the Web and hopes his work will go some way to redress the balance. He not only knows his way round Photoshop but is a fantastic natural artist/animator. Andy has mastered many forms of animation, models being his favourite. He has worked on projects for prestigious organisations including the British Library and Tate Britain.
